AED Inspection
- AED Monthly check log - useful for sites with multiple AED's, or just to keep a central record of the device(s) your organisation is responsible for
- AED check form - when you want a simple record of AED inspection, or where someone else checks (for example on a remote site), these forms can be held as a reocrd, or submitted to a central office to be added to the log
- AED inspection tag - a visual inspection record attached to the AED itself.
Medication inspection
- Medication monthly check log - if your school or organisation holds it's own medications for use, or stores pupils / clients medications, this log can be used to record monthly checks for your own and external assurance
- Medication check form - Where central records are held, but checks carried out by different people, or in different locations, this simple form can be used to record checks and then submitted for addition to the full record.
